Here’s the thing.

We often are living in the chaos of what occurs around us.

Our occupations take up copious amounts of time, and then there’s appointments, the gym and so much more.

We get tied up in the tedium of what we think matters.

Cars, Clothes, Money, Fame.

But the truth is none of this matters, and that is something that is hard to comprehend.

You don’t need money; you don’t need fame and heck you don’t even need much more than this present moment.

Anxiety, Depression and The Pain Body

Anxiety is characterized by fear of the future, while fear or loathing about the past describes depression.

Depression and Anxiety are disorders that happen, as Eckhart Tolle would say because of the pain body and one not living in the present moment (where the pain body can’t exist.)

On the other hand, living in the now is one of the most important ways to not only stop anxiety and depression but to have an abundant life.

When you can live in the present everything tastes richer, sounds sound better, and sights look better.

Life becomes full and abundant.

Leading to one of my goals for this week…

To live in the present, and feel the life force and joy around you.

This is the only way to have and enjoy a high-quality life.

If you aren’t living in the now, then your food doesn’t have as much taste, you don’t really hear what’s going on around you, and you can’t enjoy everything that you create your life to be.

That’s the honest truth.

Take a deep breath, feel the air around you and kick this week’s ass.
